Santi Devi, sitting first from the right, has a pisciculture (fish farming) business. She wants to expand this business, so that she can increase her income and fulfill the growing needs of her family. As a result, she has applied for a micro-loan. She has six family members, and her monthly income is Rs.3,000(USD 66). Samum Bibi is sitting second from the right. Mamun Bibi, sitting third from the right, has a cosmetics shop in her home.
