Anoma is a BMI client from Manupa in Anuradhapura district who has been engaged in carpentry work for a decade. She lives with her Husband and two sons. Elder son is schooling and younger son is an infant. Anoma got the skills from her husband who is a professional carpenter. She is working hard to give a good education to her children. Anoma has two years of experience in Carpentry work. Anoma joined with BMI in the year of 2012. The reason for her joining is to receive a capital as a loan amount. Because, she plans to purchase a bigger stock of Timber. So, she can make a better profit; during the cost of expenditure get increased. Anoma took her first loan for this same reason in 2012. It is an amount of Rs. 30,000. Now, she is getting Rs. 35,000 per month approximately, as her income. Now she applied for a loan amount of Rs. 50,000 from BMI. She expects to purchase another stock of Timber for her business through this loan.
