Adhaviya has been engaged in a fish business for ten years. She does this business to take care of the needs of family. Her family has son and a daughter. Daughter is in her schooling age. Adhaviya’s spouse is a fisherman. He uses to catch fish and make stock to sell in Adhaviya’s stall. Her monthly income is Rs. 32,000. Also, it is the only income for the family. They work hard to make the family prosper. They all live in a village called Thamabalagamam in Trincomalee district. Adhaviya joined BMI in 2013 and applied for loan. The amount is Rs. 50,000. The purpose for the loan is to make a proper fish stall and buy a new fishing net.
